Hey talented people! We are super excited about The Craftery Market and would love for YOU to be a part of it! We're all about bringing local talent who do incredible work together for one awesome day of inspiration + shopping. At our Spring Market, we sold over 400 tickets, and people came out in droves, despite the insane rain and 45 degree weather. Craftery Market customers are die-hard, friends, so this is definitely a market you'll want to be a part of. Want to be a vendor? Check out the info below and then fill out an application.   • When is The Craftery Market? Saturday, October 21st,               10 AM- 3PM  RAIN DATE: Saturday, October 28th, same time.

  • Where is The Craftery Market being held? We can't wait for you guys to see Linden Hill Gardens  a specialty retail nursery featuring rare, unusual, and cutting-edge plants for collectors, connoisseurs and avid gardeners alike..The Greeting Barn is the focal point of the property, but the gardens can not be beat. The whole place is gorgeous and is an incredible venue for a unique shopping event!                                                                                       LINDEN HILL GARDENS                                                                      8230 Easton Road (Route 611), Ottsville, Pennsylvania 18942 

  • What type of vendors are you looking for? We are looking for anyone who creates original art, makes handmade items (jewelry, home decor, clothing etc), sellers of antique and vintage goods, floral designers (to sell fresh flowers) and plant enthusiasts! We also are welcoming gourmet food trucks/vendors. At this time, we are not accepting any multi-level marketing companies (LuLaRoe, R + F, Arbonne, etc.) or professional service organizations.

  • How large is each vendor space?  Indoor booths spaces are 8x8 and are located inside the Greeting Barn. The fee for an indoor booth is $100.00. There are 12 indoor spaces available and are fully protected from the elements, and the ambience is incredible in there. Outdoor booths spaces are 10x10 and are located in the lots directly in front of the barn. A white tent is recommended for these spaces. There are 20 outdoor spaces available and the fee is $75.00. Finally, 3 Food Truck/Vendor Spaces are available and the fee is $100. 

  • What about inclement weather? In the case of inclement weather, the rain date for The Craftery Market is Saturday, October 28th, 10 AM-3 PM. If you apply to be a vendor, you MUST be available for both dates. No refunds will be given in the event of bad weather.

  • When is vendor set up? Vendor load in is from 7-9:30 AM. All booths must be set up and ready to go by 9:45 AM. The Market begins promptly at 10 AM.

  • How are vendors chosen? Each application along with product photos will be carefully reviewed on the quality and uniqueness of the product, whether or not it will fit with aesthetic of this particular event and the atmosphere we are trying to create. We will create a mix of sellers and will do our best to limit the number of vendors selling the same things. *Please note that applications without photos will not be reviewed. 

  • How will I know if I've been chosen and how will I pay?  We will notify you by email if you have been selected for The Craftery Market and an invoice will be sent to you via Paypal. Payment must be received within 5 days in order to reserve your spot.
