Fermented tea’s are big right now! Whether you choose to consume it for their aid in digestion, boost of energy or just love the way they taste, this class is for you! Master Food Preserver, Marian Bolum is back with this hands-on class that includes a glass jar, tea sugar, SCOBY, starter liquid and jar coverage to start brewing your own kombucha at home. We will also discuss different flavorings and learn about kombucha’s sister tea “JUN”

Cost:45 per person. Workshop includes expert instruction, all materials, recipes, and tastings. All workshops are BYO.
